F&B Order

Order Procedure

  1. Follow us.

  2. Repost our pinned post.

  3. Check the "Menu" section before using our service.

  4. Send us a direct message (DM) with a friendly greeting and let us know your purpose (e.g., "Hello, I want to order food/beverages and have them delivered to someone.")

  5. The courier will provide you with an Order Form.

  6. Please complete it accurately before proceeding.
    ✦ Please write the menu item names and complete the form correctly.
    ✦ You are prohibited from sending impolite or rude messages that may make the recipient feel uncomfortable.
    ✦ You can place an order under the following conditions:
    a. Maximum of 4 orders per day.
    b. Maximum of 15 tagged accounts per form.
    c. Maximum of 10 menu items per form.
    d. Maximum of 20 pieces per menu item per form.

  7. Your order will be processed.

  8. Make your payment via DM once you receive the invoice.

  9. Please fill out the Satisfaction Form provided by our courier to help us serve you better.

  10. If the order is confidential, we will not disclose the sender's name to anyone.

  11. Guests who violate the rules twice will be blacklisted.​

F&B Reservation

Reservation Procedure

  1. Follow us.

  2. Repost our pinned post.

  3. Please make a reservation at least 2 weeks before the event.

  4. Ask the courier via DM if the quota for F&B reservations in that month is still available.

    (Noir Bar & Club only accepts 3 F&B reservations per month.)

  5. If there is still an available quota, you can fill out the Reservation Form provided by the courier.

    The options available in the form:

    a. Food Truck (FT): We will send a truck loaded with F&B to the event.
    b. Food Stand (FS): We will set up a booth at the event venue to serve F&B.
    c. Buy and Sell: We will sell the F&B we bring to everyone participating in the event.
    d. Banquet: All F&B we bring will be distributed for free to everyone attending the event.

  6. Check the "Menu" section before filling out the form.

  7. Making changes after submitting the form is strictly prohibited.

  8. We will deliver the F&B before the event starts.

  9. Please send the payment via TL within a maximum of 1 week after the event concludes.

  10. Guests who violate the rules twice will be blacklisted.
