General T&C of Partnership

Every incoming proposal will be connected with the designated contact person at Noir Bar & Club, Jafar Rafif.

Proposals received through the contact person will be discussed first within the Public Relations & Marketing division group.

Noir Bar & Club only accepts a maximum of 5 partnership proposals per month.

Terms of Promotion.
a. Small-scale partnerships focused on promotion only (such as Open Member, Comeback, or Birthday Projects):
1) Noir Bar & Club only accept 3 (three) shoutouts for this type of partnership.
2) Noir Bar & Club only accepts a maximum of 3 (three) small-scale partnerships per month.
3) Noir Bar & Club accepts partnership offers where all members are at least 20 years old.
4) Noir Bar & Club accepts partnership offers with idols who have debuted for at least 1 (one) years.
b. Large-scale partnerships (such as Festivals or Showcases):
1) The maximum number of retweets for promotion is 3 (three) times.
2) The maximum number of QRT (Quote Retweets) per promotional material is 4 (four) times.
3) The maximum number of reposts of promotional material is 2 (two) times. -
Proposal Submission Deadlines.
a. Small-scale partnerships (such as Open Member or Registration): one week before the event.
b. Medium-scale partnerships (such as Comeback Projects): two weeks before the event.
c. Large-scale partnerships (such as Showcases or Festivals): one month before the event. -
Noir Bar & Club does not accept partnership offers involving muses or forbidden faceclaims.

If the submitted proposal does not comply with the guidelines set by Noir Bar & Club, the partnership will be rejected. This also applies to partners who have previously collaborated with us.
Eligible Partnership Types
If you require a partnership in the form of F&B Sponsorship, Financial Sponsorship, or Media Partnership, please adhere to the following guidelines:

SPONSORSHIP
Proposals submitted to the contact person for sponsorship, whether in the form of food and beverage or fresh money, must be submitted at least one month before the event date organized by the first party.
a. F&B Sponsorship
Noir Bar & Club accepts this type of sponsorship up to 3 (three) times per month, under the
following conditions:
1) Noir Bar & Club accepts F&B sponsorship, both within and outside of formal partnerships,
with a maximum submission deadline of 2 (two) weeks before the event date.
2) Noir Bar & Club limits the number of menu per categories to a maximum of 2 (two) menu
per categories per submission.
3) Noir Bar & Club does not set a minimum or maximum limit on the number of items from each menu.
4) Noir Bar & Club will provide 2 (two) types of F&B arrangements based on the agreement
with the first party:
a) As a Banquet: All F&B we bring will be distributed for free to everyone attending the
event.
b) Buy and Sell: We will sell the F&B we bring to everyone participating in the event,
requiring the Noir Bar & Club team to be on standby.

b. Financial Sponsorship
1) Noir Bar & Club accepts this type of sponsorship up to 4 (four) times per month. The
amount that can be provided is as follows:
a) Large-scale events: 40 million to 100 million IDR.
b) Small-scale events: 30 million to 75 million IDR.
2) The first party submitting a sponsorship proposal is required to complete the Reservation
Form if accepted by the Noir Bar & Club partnership representative.
3) The first party proposing F&B or financial sponsorship must submit a Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU) to Noir Bar & Club as proof of an official partnership until the
promotion period is completed.

MEDIA PARTNERSHIP
Noir Bar & Club accepts media partnership proposals with a maximum of 3 (three) representatives.
Preliminary Terms of Partnership

The first party submitting the proposal is required to follow our bar account.

The main account of the first party must promote the provided materials by performing Quote Retweet (QRT) and Retweet (RT) persuasively after the partnership proposal has been submitted.

5 (five) representatives from the first party are required to Retweet (RT) the tweet provided by the second party.
