
RULES & REGULATIONS
Account & Character Requirements

Must be at least 20 years old. Underage applicants will not be considered.

Must clearly indicate that your account is for roleplay (RP).

Include a brief character biography, including the year of birth, in your profile.

Avoid real-life content in your timeline (e.g., reposts, mundane autobase replies).

Keep your account active and engaging.
-
The use of forbidden FCs is strictly prohibited.
-
Twin FCs are allowed within the same role, except in cases where talents fall under the same category.
-
Profile changes (FC or code name) are permitted only after two months of service.
Professional Conduct
-
Must demonstrate good manners and professional behavior at all times.

Dedication, reliability, and accountability are essential.
-
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external.
-
Be responsible and responsive in communication. Avoid “ghosting” and ensure timely replies.
-
Treat fellow trainee, staff, guests, and clients with respect, courtesy, and politeness.
-
Must protect the company’s reputation and act in its best interest at all times.
-
Internal matters must remain confidential and must not be shared with outsiders.
-
Avoid joking about resignation or job changes, as it may create unnecessary confusion or concern.
-
May participate in up to three projects, including Noir, provided it doesn’t interfere with responsibilities here. Noir should ideally remain your top priority.
Relationships & Boundaries

Romantic or personal relationships between Noir trainee/staff are strictly prohibited (including FWBs, etc.).
-
Talents and adult performers must not enter into any relationships unless explicitly permitted by their significant other. Proof of permission must be provided.
-
Should not engage with guests outside of official working hours, especially talent.
-
​Prohibited from hiring talent in the VIP Room and VIP Seats at Noir. They are, however, welcome in the Lounge, where there is no requirement to hire talent.
Scheduling & Attendance

Must be available from Thursday to Sunday, between 7:00–11:00 PM, based on their position.
-
Attendance can be submitted between 3 PM and 10 PM on operating days.
-
During working hours, trainee/staff must include their code name in their display name (DN).
-
Staff allowed two absences per month and a maximum one-month hiatus for urgent matters.
-
HR and division chiefs must be informed of account changes, hiatuses, or planned absences.
Trainee Period & Probation
-
New trainees must complete a two-week probationary period upon acceptance.
-
Trainees inactive for two consecutive days during this period will be disqualified.
-
Staff who become inactive for two consecutive days after being appointed will be considered to have resigned.
Salary & Compensation
-
Salaries are determined by position, with bonuses awarded based on attendance and contributions.
-
Trainees will receive their first salary in the month following their promotion to staff.
Disciplinary Actions
-
Trainee/staff who neglect their duties may face disciplinary action.
-
A warning letter will be issued after four consecutive days of inactivity or two rule violations.
-
After two warning letters and continued misconduct, staff will be terminated.
Contract, Resignation & Role Transition
-
Staff contracts are valid for two months and reviewed for renewal every three months.
-
Resignation or position switch requests are allowed after two months of service, with a valid reason.
-
If resigning or switching positions before completing two months, a replacement must be provided.
-
Once approved by the division chief, resignation/position switch must be reported to HR at least one week in advance.

Staff requesting a position switch will undergo an interview, general orientation (GO), and complete a two-week probationary period in the new position.

Resignation Procedure.
a) After completing the final week of work, staff will be invited by HR to the Resignation Room (GDM).
b) In the Resignation Room, staff are required to share the reason for resigning with the C-Suite present.
c) Wait for responses from the C-Suite (few parting words farewell).
d) Once HR posts staff's official resignation acceptance letter, staff are expected to deliver a short message to division group and Noir Team group.
e) After that, staff may politely leave both the division group and Noir Team group.
f) Lastly, staff may leave the Resignation Room (GDM).
