JOB DESCRIPTION

Chief Executive Operation (CEO)

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to help the company achieve its predetermined goals and vision.

  2. Oversee all company operations and activities, ensuring alignment with the overall mission.

  3. Communicate key updates and information related to Noir Bar & Club to guests via timeline (TL), when necessary.

General Manager (GM)

  1. All activities must be approved by the CEO before execution.

  2. Responsible for strategic decision-making related to company policies and systems.

  3. Pursue and support the achievement of targeted goals and objectives.

  4. Oversee daily operations across all divisions — from opening to closing.

  5. Lead, guide, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and morale.

  6. Engage in guest-facing activities, including hosting in VIP seats or lounges.

  7. Share relevant information about Noir Bar & Club with guests or staff via GDM, when necessary.

  8. Receive and consider feedback, suggestions, or complaints from guests and staff.

Division Chief

  1. All activities must be approved by the General Manager before execution.

  2. Responsible for supervising and supporting team members within their division.

  3. Oversee and assist trainees throughout their probationary (trainee) period, ensuring they meet performance and engagement standards.

Human Resources (HR)

  1. All activities must be approved by the Division Chief before execution.

  2. Responsible for staff recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, and development.

  3. Conduct general orientation for newly hired staff.

  4. ​Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts or issues within the staff.

  5. Handle disciplinary actions for staff who violate rules or policies (e.g., issuing warning letters).

  6. Manage and monitor staff attendance records.

  7. Maintain and update the staff database and individual profiles.

  8. Oversee and maintain the official office account.

  9. Coordinate with the Editor to confirm staff profiles for ID cards, name cards, talent profiles, and availability.

  10. Coordinate with Finance to confirm attendance records for salary processing.

Editor

  1. Must be proficient in using basic editing applications such as PicsArt, Canva, Phonto, or similar tools. (Knowledge of Adobe software such as Photoshop (Ps), Illustrator (Ai), After Effects (Ae), or Premiere Pro (Pr) is a plus.)

  2. Responsible for designing and producing all visual materials related to Noir Bar & Club — including ID cards, talent profiles, posters, mockups, and more — in accordance with Division Chief approval.

  3. Collaborate with HR to confirm profile details of new staff for visual and identity purposes.

  4. Support other divisions with creative assets as needed.

  5. Support promotional campaigns or special events by producing necessary visuals (e.g., posters, banners, teasers).

  6. Ensure all visual assets align with Noir Bar & Club’s branding and aesthetic style.

  7. Assist in maintaining the visual identity of Noir Bar & Club across platforms.

  8. Maintain a digital archive of all visual materials for documentation and reference.

Public Relation & Marketing (PRM)

  1. All activities must be approved by the Division Chief before execution.

  2. Responsible for initiating and maintaining external partnerships.

  3. Create and submit project proposals for partnership opportunities.

  4. Review and assess proposals submitted by external parties.

  5. Serve as the company’s representative at partnership events, or coordinate staff to act on behalf of the company.

  6. Develop and implement effective business and marketing strategies.

  7. Monitor market trends and observe competitor activities.

  8. Conduct customer and market research to inform strategies and campaigns.

  9. Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including promotions and special events.

  10. Communicate core brand values and marketing goals to the team to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.

Finance

  1. All activities must be approved by the Division Chief before execution.

  2. Oversee all financial transactions related to Noir Bar & Club.

  3. Proficient in using Canva, Invoice Maker/EzInvoice, and spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.

  4. Prepare the daily payment box on timeline X (through Noir Finance account), collect guests’ payment forms from bartenders and couriers, and securely place them in the payment box.

  5. Handle and record all cheque-related transactions on behalf of Noir.

  6. Manage and issue invoices for guest transactions, and archive them in Google Drive.

  7. Maintain and update walk-in and order reports, as well as sales reports.

  8. Manage tips received from guests, and allocate them to the appropriate staff members.

  9. Coordinate with HR to verify attendance and performance data for payroll.

  10. Process and manage monthly staff salaries.

Bartender

  1. All activities must be approved by the Division Chief before execution.

  2. Use the designated base account during working hours. Log out when Noir is closed and log in again upon opening.

  3. Always use your code name when replying to guests via DMs or mentions.

  4. Basic knowledge of liquor and alcoholic beverages is required to maintain realism and engagement.

  5. Direct Message (DM) Duties.
    ✦ Greet and accept incoming guests; provide them with the walk-ins form.
    ✦ Forward completed walk-ins forms to the Finance team for invoicing.
    ✦ Send the invoice to guests for payment.
    ✦ Forward the walk-ins form to the talent hired by the guest.
    ✦ If applicable, forward the walk-ins form to the VIP Seat or Lounge room.
    ✦ Ensure the talent has messaged the guest, and the guest has received the DM (for VIP Room).
    ✦ Please provide the guest with a satisfaction form to evaluate the bartender's service.
    ✦ Upload the guest’s payment receipt to the payment box on the TL.

  6. Group DM (GDM) Duties.
    Greet guests in the VIP Seat or Lounge and deliver their order as requested.​

  7. Timeline (TL) Duties.
    ✦ Engage with the timeline by posting or showcasing brief activity (e.g., mixing drinks, ambience posts).

    ✦ Reply to menfess and invite the sender to visit Noir.
    ✦ Respond to mentions from guests or staff involving Noir.

Courier

  1. All activities must be approved by the Division Chief before execution.

  2. Operate the designated delivery account during working hours. Log out when Noir is closed and log in again when open.

  3. Always use your code name when replying to guest DMs or mentions.

  4. Basic knowledge of liquor and alcoholic beverages is required to maintain realism and engagement.

  5. Direct Message (DM) Duties.
    ✦ Greet and welcome guests via DM, and provide the order form.
    ✦ Forward completed order forms to the Finance Team for invoicing.
    ✦ Send the invoice to guests for payment.
    ✦ Ensure the guest’s order is delivered via TL.
    ✦ Notify the guest by sending the delivery post once the order is completed.

    ✦ Kindly provide the guest with a satisfaction form to evaluate the courier's service.
    ✦ Upload the guest’s payment receipt to the payment box on the TL.

  6. Timeline (TL) Duties.
    ✦ Engage with the timeline by posting or showcasing brief activity (e.g., ambience posts, etc).
    ✦ Reply to menfess and invite the sender to visit Noir.

    ✦ Respond to mentions from guests or staff involving Noir.

  7. Event-Related Duties.
    ✦ Manage F&B reservations for sponsorship and public events as assigned.

Talent (Host/ess)

  1. All activities must be approved by the Division Chief before execution.

  2. Accompany guests via DM or GDM. You may engage in conversation, enjoy drinks, play games, or partake in rated activities based on the guest's preferences.

  3. Deliver the guest’s order via DM once service begins.

  4. Attendance Requirements.
    Attendance must be submitted according to the following schedule:
    ✦ By 6:20 PM if available for all reservation (VIP Seat or VIP Room) bookings.
    ✦ By 7:30 PM if available for Lounge bookings (if applicable).
    ✦ Submissions after 7:30 PM will be marked as absent.

  5. Service Limits.
    Each talent may serve a maximum of 2 guests per day, including VIP Seat engagements, under the following conditions:
    VIP Seat Service Capacity:
    1–3 guests: 1 talent
    4–6 guests: 2 talents
    7–10 guests: 3 talents
    Lounge Service Capacity:
    1–5 guests: 3 talents
    6–10 guests: 5 talents

  6. VIP Room Rules.
    ✦ Regular work hour at VIP Room can be conducted from 7:00 PM until 1:00 AM (next day), without breaks or sleep.

    ✦ Extended work hour are allowed until 11:00 AM the next day, only in the event of mutual inactivity and upon consent from both the guest and the talent.

  7. Talent Confirmation Protocol.
    Talents must confirm:
    ✦ When they receive the order form from the bartender.
    ✦ When they arrive at the guest’s room.

    (Note: If a talent doesn’t respond within 10 minutes after being assigned, the bartender will reassign the guest to another available talent.)

  8. ​Guest Refusal & Blacklisting Policy.
    ✦ Talents may not refuse or request blacklisting of guests without valid reasons, such as:

        1) Guests with unclear or inactive accounts.
        2) Guests who make inappropriate or privacy-invading requests.
        3) Guests who consistently ghost or disappear during sessions.
    ✦ Talents must submit proof (screenshots) to the division chief when reporting a guest.
    ✦ Once a guest is blacklisted, the decision is final and cannot be reversed, as it may impact coordination with other divisions.
    ✦ There is no limit to the number of blacklisted guests, but we encourage professionalism and awareness of the responsibilities that come with the talent role.

Performer

  1. All activities must be approved by the Division Chief before execution.

  2. Disc Jockey (DJ).
    ✦ Perform live music sessions on the timeline using Mixlr, Spotify, Zeno, or plotting methods.
        (Guest song requests may be added to the playlist for a more personalized experience.
    ✦ Optionally engage and interact with guests on the timeline to enhance the atmosphere.
    ✦ DJ Performance Schedule:

         7:30 – 10:30 PM for Mixlr/Spotify/Zeno sessions.
         8:00 – 10:00 PM for plotting-based performances.

  3. Stripper, camboy, or camgirl performances.
    ✦ Deliver rated performances on the timeline in alignment with Noir’s brand tone and standards.

    ✦ Optionally engage and interact with guests on the timeline to enhance the atmosphere.
    ✦ Scheduled performance hours: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
