HOW TO APPLY

Application Process

  1. Send a direct message (DM) to our office to express your interest.

  2. Read through both the Noir Team website and the Noir Bar & Club website to understand our culture and expectations.

  3. All applicants must go through a screening process that includes a review of their profile, background, and relevant track record. We only consider candidates who align with our values and culture in order to maintain the integrity of our team and work environment.

  4. Attend an interview session, held every Monday and Tuesday at 7:00 PM.

  5. If successful, begin a two-week probationary period as a trainee.

  6. Participate in the General Orientation session led by the HR Team.

  7. Sign the Probation Period Agreement to formalize your trainee status.

  8. Complete the Noir Team Profile form.

  9. Upon successfully completing the probation, sign your official staff contract.

  10. Congratulations — you're now officially part of the Noir Team!

Important Notes Before Applying

  1. Once your interview is scheduled, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may request a reschedule if an urgent matter arises.

  2. Resignation is not permitted immediately after being accepted as a trainee or staff member at Noir Bar & Club.

  3. Applicants who have scheduled an interview are strictly prohibited from hiring talent at Noir Bar & Club during the application process.

  4. Please ensure you are fully committed, responsible, and prepared to follow all rules and regulations before applying.

  5. Applicants who show a lack of respect for our time and process — during interviews or probation — will be blacklisted.
